Finished this beast last year. Originally done for a TMA zine, but I have since withdrawn, so here it is for all to see finally! I always thought of the Beholding as more of a vulture than an owl, but I think it could change forms as time moves on. Spools of tape haven’t been around forever after all. The twisted neck is a bit of the influence that the Spiral has had on Jon (Helen being ALMOST a sort of weird friend in some aspects). And finally, the dates on the tapes all reference things! I don’t remember what they all mean anymore, but I DO remember one of them, so maybe you can guess. ;)
ReplyDeleteYou’ve given some good advice on what we need to travel with in order to stay safe during the Covid pandemic. I think the most important on this list was the travel locks.
